1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Academy-Driver, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our driving training programs, website, and related services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services. Academy-Driver reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates.

2. Services Offered

Academy-Driver provides a range of professional driving training services designed to help learners of all levels develop safe and confident driving skills. Our services include beginner to advanced driving lessons, defensive driving techniques, road test preparation, and personalized training sessions. We offer flexible scheduling, certified instructors, and well-maintained training vehicles to ensure a comprehensive learning experience. Additionally, we provide online resources, practice tests, and consultation for licensing procedures. Our goal is to equip every learner with the knowledge and skills required to drive safely and pass their driving test successfully.

3. Eligibility

To enroll in Academy-Driver's driving courses, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Minimum Age Requirement – Learners must be at least the legal driving age as per local regulations.

Valid Identification – A government-issued ID or learner’s permit may be required for registration.

Physical & Mental Fitness – Students should be in good health and capable of operating a vehicle safely.

Compliance with Local Laws – All learners must adhere to local traffic laws and regulations during training.

Parental Consent (If Applicable) – Minors may need written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Academy-Driver reserves the right to deny enrollment if an applicant does not meet these criteria.

4. Payment & Fees

All course fees must be paid in full before starting training unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Academy-Driver cancels a course.

Course Fees – All training programs at Academy-Driver require full or partial payment before the start of the course. The exact fees depend on the selected package.

Payment Methods – We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways. Cash payments may be available at select locations.

Refund Policy – Payments are generally non-refundable. However, partial refunds may be considered in cases of unforeseen circumstances, subject to our terms and conditions.

Rescheduling Fees – If a student wishes to reschedule a class, additional fees may apply depending on availability and prior notice.

Late Payment Charges – Any outstanding balances must be cleared before completing the course. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of lessons.

By enrolling in Academy-Driver, you agree to these payment and fee policies.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

At Academy-Driver, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require changes to your scheduled lessons. To ensure smooth operations, we request students to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. If a student wishes to reschedule a lesson, changes can be made based on instructor availability, and a rescheduling fee may apply if the request is made less than 24 hours before the lesson.
In the case of a no-show, where a student fails to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. If Academy-Driver needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the student as soon as possible and arrange an alternative session at no additional cost.

For refunds related to cancellations, all requests will be reviewed according to our refund policy. Any applicable refunds will be processed within a specified timeframe. By booking a lesson with Academy-Driver, students acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation and rescheduling policy.

6. Code of Conduct

At Academy-Driver, we are committed to providing a professional, safe, and respectful learning environment for all students and instructors. To ensure a positive experience, we expect all participants to adhere to the following guidelines:

Respect & Professionalism: All students and instructors must treat each other with respect and maintain a professional attitude during lessons. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.

Punctuality & Attendance: Students are expected to arrive on time for scheduled lessons. Frequent tardiness or unexcused absences may result in lesson forfeiture without a refund.

Compliance with Traffic Laws: Students must follow all traffic laws and instructor guidelines during on-road training. Any reckless or dangerous behavior may result in immediate termination of the lesson.

Use of Mobile Phones: The use of mobile phones or any distractions during driving lessons is strictly prohibited. Full attention should be given to the instructor’s guidance and road safety.

Vehicle Care & Responsibility: While using Academy-Driver’s vehicles, students must handle them responsibly. Any intentional damage caused due to negligence may result in additional charges.

Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may lead to suspension or termination of enrollment without a refund. By participating in Academy-Driver’s programs, students acknowledge and agree to abide by these guidelines.

7. Liability & Safety

At Academy-Driver, we prioritize the safety of our students, instructors, and the public. All driving lessons are conducted under strict safety guidelines to ensure a secure learning environment. While our instructors provide comprehensive training and guidance, students are responsible for following all traffic laws and instructions during lessons. Academy-Driver is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur due to a student’s negligence or failure to adhere to safety protocols.
Students must always wear seat belts, follow instructor directions, and maintain focus on the road. If an instructor determines that a student’s behavior or driving poses a risk, the lesson may be terminated immediately for safety reasons. Additionally, Academy-Driver’s training vehicles are insured, but students may be held responsible for any damages caused by reckless or irresponsible driving.
By enrolling in our driving courses, students acknowledge the inherent risks associated with learning to drive and agree to follow all safety measures to minimize potential hazards.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected and used as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

9. Changes to Terms

Academy-Driver reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
